How much are the shipping fees?

Unfortunately we cannot give detailed shipping fees because it always depends on the measurements and weight of the parcel. Normally it will cost between 15 and 20 €. We always recommend to exhaust the minimum order amount of 30 €, in order to keep shipping fees reasonable.

During the checkout process, you can see all shipping fees and extra costs at the end of the bill before you confirm the order. If you change your mind, you can still cancel your order.

From a minimum purchase amount of 75 € shipping and packaging to Germany is free of charge! For orders from outside Germany, shipping and packaging is free of charge with a minimum purchase amount of 125 €!

How long does it take to deliver?

The delivery period can differ greatly depending on what country it is being sent to. Inside Europe, it takes between one to two weeks. Delivery to North America and Canada can take between two to four weeks and always depends on how fast the parcel is released by the local customs. Mexico, South America, Russia, China and Middle East may take seven weeks or more.

I didn’t get a confirmation mail. Did my order go through?

Confirmation of successfully submitted orders is automatically sent to your email account. If you didn’t get one, please check your spam or contact us. Please try again… we look forward to sending you official RAMMSTEIN merchandise!

How do I return/exchange an item?

In accordance with our terms and conditions we will refund the shipping costs to you if the total amount exceeds 40 € or if we send you incorrect or damaged merchandise.

Please include a short note explaining the reason for return or exchange. We will then either credit your credit card account or exchange the item and send it back to you.

How do I get the membership discount?

In order to receive the Community discount on RAMMSTEIN products, you must purchase an Annual Membership for 25 €. This is a one year membership and will automatically expire one year from the purchase date. We will inform you ten days before expiration so that you may renew your Community Membership by paying the annual fee.

I’m a community member, but the discount hasn’t been granted. Why?

After the purchase of a membership, you must logout and then login againin order for the system to recognize you as a Community Member.

I’ve purchased a membership, but can’t login to the Community. What can I do?

Your RAMMSTEIN Shop password is also used to login to the Community. You may not have selected a username yet which is also required to login to the Community.

To do this, please follow these steps.

1. Click here: My Account
2. Click on Previous Orders
3. Find your membership order and click on View. At the bottom of this page you will be able to enter a username.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

If you forgot your password, click here: Forget password?“. You will then be provided with a mixture of number and letters, please login with this password.

Then Click on My Account, there you will find the option Change Password. Please choose a password that’s easy to remember and don’t forget to record your new password just in case you forget again! If you do not receive an email confirmation of your new password please contact us.
