Payments

Payment of the delivery can be made by automatic debit transfer system (only for German customers who own a German bank account), by cash on delivery or by credit card. We recommend payment by credit card for our foreign customers, since this is the most simple, fastest and most comfortable solution.

By Credit Card

Customers paying with their credit card (VISA, EUROCARD) have to fill in their credit card number and the expiration date. By filling in these details, you confirm that you are the legal owner of this credit card. The invoice amount will be debited on your credit card statement in the name of Rammstein Merch. OHG.

By direct debit

A customer needs to own a German bank account in order to take part in the automatic debit transfer system.
The customer authorises the Rammstein Merchandising OHG to collect the amount due from his bank account. For this purpose you state your bank details during the order process and declare your acceptance by activating a check mark. Entering the data during the order process will make the direct debit.

In case of dishonour or chargeback of a correctly made direct debit from our site, the Rammstein Merchandising OHG reserves the right to charge the customer a fee amounting to 6,90 € for the costs of the chargeback. Please avoid inconveniences!
We are sending only one reminder! If no payment is made within the term set, we will assign our claim to a company entitled to collect the amount.

By cash on delivery (COD)

COD offers an advantage to the customer, because you just have to pay when you are receiving the package. However, this type of dispatch is more expensive then payment by credit card or direct debit, since DHL is factoring this service.

Minimun order value

The minimun order value is 10 EUR. Orders lower than 10 EUR will be charged by an extra amount of the difference between the value of goods and this 10 EUR (= 10 EUR - value of goods).
Concerning all customers outside Germany the minimun value order is 30 EUR. Orders lower than 30 EUR will be charged by an extra amount of the difference between the value of goods and this 10 EUR (= 10 EUR - value of goods).

that all necessary data will be recorded in our computer system, and will not be disclosed to third parties

Claims and exchanges

To satisfy our customers completely, claims and exchanges of any other kind will be accepted within 4 weeks of invoice date. Please put the invoice, or even better a copy of the invoice, into the shipment. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including any CD,DVD,VHS tape or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). If community discount is claimed during the revocation period of a membership order, the right of revocation of the annual membership is also left out. We will accept returns only if all postal charges are paid by sender. Audio-visual products will not be replaced unless there is a defect in the production. So please give a short statement for returning the goods. Discrepancies between the colour of the pictures on the webshop and the colour of the delivered products are results of a technical process and do not present any defect.
Usually we deliver your order within 7 days (within Germany). We will do our best to deliver all items of your order to you at once so you do not have to wait for an article to arrive. In addition to that the mail delivery service needs time to get the package to you, please keep in mind that we do not have any influence on that.
We are always trying hard to deliver in the shortest time possible but around Christmas or when a new album is released deliveries might take a little longer than usual. Please do not instantly send hate mails, we are trying really hard to "get it done"...!!!

You`ll receive a cheque about the order value and, in case of a justified return, on top the postal charges.

Defective shipments

Make sure that you accept only undamaged parcels from the postal service; in case of doubt, open it in the presence of a postman. Never accept damaged parcel's !!, because of showing the will to take damaged goods with this behaviour. If there are some problems or discrepancies, please write down the name of the postman.

Returns / Rescission of contract

We refund the postal charges for the return after receipt of the goods, only if you revoke the contract of sale in written form (via e-mail or postal letter) within 14 days after receipt of the goods and only if the gross value of the order amount exceeds 40 EUR. The postal charges are either credited back to the credit card used for the purchase or via international bank remittance.
Our shipment fees will not be refunded, unless the returned good/goods is/are subject to implied warranty.

Complaints

A full refund of the purchase price cannot be claimed if the value of the good is reduced by signs of use, which does exceed the usual examination of the good (e. g. washed and dried clothes, opened protection films of CD's and DVD's, spots and stains, etc.), by signs of destruction or any other circumstances the customer is responsible for. The delivered goods can only be used for the examination and have to be returned unwashed, with the original label and inside the original package.

Further claims are excluded.

Prices

Special offers are only valid as long as they are in stock. We reserve the right to change the prices if necessary. Alterations and mistakes subjected.

Redistribution of items for commercial purposes

You agree contractually to purchase the ordered items exclusively for private purposes. This agreement is in effect for all items offered through Rammstein Merchandising oHG, and also applies especially to special offers. Any redistribution of items for commercial purposes or in a commercial manner is restricted by law. In particular it is prohibited to distribute items in a commercial or mercantile manner through sale to a third-party or through non-authorized commercial sellers, by means of internet auctions or by non-authorized online-shops. Rammstein Merchandising oHG reserves any and all rights that may arise in relation to a breach of the preceding agreement. Furthermore, Rammstein Merchandising oHG reserves the right, in the event of an infringement of the agreement by the buyer, to cancel all not yet delivered orders and/or to decline any future order.

The private, non-commercial sale of the purchased item is permitted without restriction.

Miscellaneous

These order conditions are valid for all orders. By sending your order, you accept these conditions. We are not able for the suitability of our products for a particular purpose. You have to inspect the products immediately after delivery. All delivered articles remain the property of Rammstein Merchandising OHG until they are paid completely. If one of the above mentioned stipulations become invalid all other stipulations will still be valid. All conditions and moreover all contracts of sale are subjected to German law.

• All data necessary for delivery and processing are stored by our EDP department and we assure that they will not be handed over to any third party.
• We assure our goods to be free of manufacturing or material defects or errors. We are not responsible for any misuse of our articles for purposes intended by the customer. The customer is obliged to check the goods for defects immediately after delivery.
• Special offers are only valid while supplies last.
• All prices are in Euro and are subject to change. The sum total in your shopping cart as well as prices displayed on our help site are shown in Euro. This also applies for our terms of delivery. Changes in prices, errors and omissions expected.
• The delivered goods remain our property until fully paid for.
• The information on this website is protected by copyright. Reprints, even extracts must be authorized by the publisher.
• All image rights belong to the RAMMSTEIN Merchandising OHG. Any unauthorized use is not permitted.
• In case one of the above mentioned regulations loses its validity the validity of the other regulations is not affected. Instead of the invalid regulation a valid regulation which resembles the economic purpose and the intention of the invalid regulation has to come into effect.
• These regulations - as well as any contract for sale based on these regulations - are subject to German law.
